Our Goals are lofty but our intensive program is designed to enhance and infuse your recovery plan with new life and energy.
You will experience a journey of uncovery, discovery, and recovery. The week is structured to include daily guided meditation to connect deeply with your higher power, three afternoon workshops that move from family of origin work using Dr. Paul Brenner’s “Family Triangles”, moving into stress and relapse prevention and on to a new plan of action in your recovery. There is also a focus on the part grief plays in your life.
You will also participate in two group therapy sessions during the week and still have enough free time to explore, go to meetings, and take advantage of the many optional activities available.
