Recovery Comedy is Proud to Present David Kleinberg

David Kleinberg is a native of San Francisco who was an editor and writer
at the San Francisco Chronicle for 34 years, and was editor of the Sunday
Datebook the last 14 years. He is a comedian who has appeared with Robin
Williams, Dana Carvey; Richard Lewis and Sinbad. He is currently working on
a one-person autobiographical performance piece titled, "Dad, Comics Are
Just People Who Can't Afford Therapy." He has performed two parts of the
work -- "Vietnam Revisited" and "The Command Module" -- at the Marsh
Theater in San Francisco.

    finding comedic relief about the wreckage of our past is what a lot of what being sober is about. I don't mean to say we should take being sober lightly, it's just that if we can't laugh at ourselves we'll go crazier than we already are!
